ido98 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the ido98 Platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. ido98 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the Member cannot satisfactorily demonstrate that they are 21 or older.

2.2 Residency. The ido98 Platform is operated for and directed at residents of Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia to register and maintain an account. Access from outside Indonesia is permitted for existing members traveling temporarily, provided the jurisdiction in which they are located does not prohibit such access.

2.3 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.4 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account on ido98:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform;
• Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of ido98 or any of its affiliated studios, software providers, or payment processors;
• Persons acting on behalf of any of the above categories.

3.1 Registration Process. To access the ido98 Platform's services, you must complete the online registration form accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid contact method.

3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ido98 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). ido98 is required to conduct identity verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued national identity card (KTP) or passport;
• Proof of Indonesian residential address (dated within 3 months);
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay);
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document, where required.

3.4 Account Accuracy. Any material change to your personal details (including name, address, or bank account information) must be reported to ido98 support promptly. Accounts containing materially false or outdated information may be suspended pending verification.

3.5 Account Security. You must notify ido98 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization. ido98 will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, but accepts no liability for losses incurred before notification is received.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ido98 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction unless otherwise specified in an active promotion. ido98 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to a Member's account in real time for all supported e-wallets and within standard banking transfer windows for local bank transfers. ido98 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed by ido98 within an average of five (5) minutes from the time the request is approved, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawal requests submitted outside ido98 support hours may experience slightly longer processing times, but the Platform's 24/7 automated processing system handles the majority of requests without manual intervention.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• KYC verification must be complete and approved;
• The withdrawal destination must match a payment method previously used to fund the account (where technically possible);
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied;
• The account must be in good standing with no outstanding disputes or fraud flags.

4.6 Currency. All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on ido98 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah. No currency conversion takes place on the Platform. Members bear no exchange rate risk on the Platform itself.

4.7 Third-Party Payments. Deposits from and withdrawals to third-party payment accounts (i.e., accounts not registered in the Member's own name) are strictly prohibited. Any such transaction detected will result in account suspension and a full AML (Anti-Money Laundering) review.

5.1 General. ido98 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, first-deposit welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page and to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is displayed clearly on the promotion page. Members should read all promotion-specific terms before claiming any offer.

5.3 One Bonus Per Member. Each promotion is available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless specified otherwise, bonus funds and free bets expire fourteen (14) days after being credited to a Member's account. Expired bonuses are removed without compensation.

5.5 Abuse and Fraud. ido98 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, fraudulent wagering patterns, arbitrage betting, or any attempt to exploit the promotional system. "Fraudulent wagering patterns" includes but is not limited to placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts to guarantee meeting wagering requirements risk-free.

6.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on the ido98 sportsbook are subject to the individual sport and market rules displayed within the sportsbook interface. In the event of any ambiguity, the rules as displayed at the time of bet placement shall govern. ido98 covers markets including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP, and E-sports.

6.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes. ido98 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were offered due to a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed failure, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Members will be notified and the relevant stake amount returned to their account balance.

6.3 Live Casino. Live casino games including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Crazy Time are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. In the event of a technical interruption during a live game round, the studio's own house rules for that game will determine the outcome. ido98 accepts no liability for technical interruptions originating from the studio's live-streaming infrastructure.

6.4 Slots and RNG Games. All slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) games offered on ido98 are certified by independent testing agencies. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as certified by the relevant studio and are available on request. ido98 does not manipulate RNG outcomes in any way.

6.5 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only confirmed once ido98's system has generated a unique bet reference number. If no confirmation is received due to connectivity issues on the Member's side, the bet should be assumed void unless the Member can produce a valid bet reference number from the system log.

7.1 Commitment. ido98 is committed to promoting responsible gambling at all times. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help Members manage their play, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. 7.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Member who believes their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of between one (1) month and five (5) years, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. Members on self-exclusion will not receive any promotional communications from ido98.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the ido98 Platform — including but not limited to the ido98 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ido98 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

8.2 Permitted Use. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

8.3 Restrictions. Any unauthorized use of ido98 intellectual property — including scraping, automated data collection, mirroring, or reproduction of odds data — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9.1 ido98 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

9.2 ido98 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors (such as BCA, BRI, OVO, DANA, and GoPay) is limited to what is strictly necessary to process your transactions and is governed by those processors' own privacy policies.

9.3 ido98 may be required to disclose Member data to competent authorities in response to a lawful request. In such cases, ido98 will comply with its legal obligations while taking reasonable steps to protect Member interests to the extent permitted by law.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ido98 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

10.2 ido98's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 ido98 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ido98 aims to maintain 99.9% platform uptime, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10.4 ido98 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a Force Majeure event, including government-imposed access restrictions, telecommunications failures, or actions of third-party payment processors beyond ido98's reasonable control.

11.1 By ido98. ido98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice where ido98 reasonably believes that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Member has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• The Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The Member is found to be under 21 years of age;
• Continued operation of the account would expose ido98 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

11.2 By the Member. You may close your account at any time by contacting ido98 support. Any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following KYC verification.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account for any reason, all pending bets that have not yet been settled will be voided and the relevant stakes returned, except in cases of confirmed fraud where forfeiture of funds may apply.

12.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ido98 holds its international operating license.

12.3 In the event of a dispute between a Member and ido98, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ido98's internal dispute resolution process. A formal complaint may be submitted to [email protected] and will receive a written response within five (5) business days.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory applicable law in your country of residence.

13.1 ido98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ido98 will provide notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.2.

13.3 The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at ido98.app/terms-conditions. The effective date and last reviewed date at the top of this document indicate the version currently in force.
